Limited to just 220 vehicles, the competition-ready 2023 Defender Trophy Edition was designed and built for the challenges of the Defender North American Trophy Competition. Based on the Defender 130 P400 SE, it featured a bespoke exterior Trophy Edition wrap with unique topographical map design, an Ebony Grained Leather interior and custom interior badging.
Each vehicle purchased came with an opportunity for a two-person team, vehicle owner and guest, to enter a one-day off-road adventure in the 2023 Defender North America Trophy Competition.
EQUIPPED FOR CHALLENGES
The 2023 Defender Trophy Edition featured all-terrain equipment including a roof box from Pelican Products, expedition roof rack, deployable ladder, electronic winch25 front and rear mud flaps, wheel arch protection, front undershield, deep-sided rubber mats and cargo space rubber mats.
AN EXCLUSIVE INVITATION
Each purchase of a 2023 Defender Trophy Edition included an invitation for two to the 2023 North American Defender Trophy Competition in and around Austin, Texas. Competitors faced on- and off-road challenges including physical and team-building obstacles.
TO THE VICTORS
The overall winning Trophy Competition team received a four-day Adventure Travel experience in Namibia, with the chance to drive Defender vehicles on iconic pathways and dunes that run across the wilderness in the Erongo Mountains and Spitzcoppe Peaks.
2023 TROPHY COMPETITION WINNERS
Douglas Siddens and Kyle Riggen from Texas won the Defender Adventure Package at the Biltmore Estate in North Carolina.
David Smith and Steve Kirk from Colorado won the Defender Journey Package to Namibia.
The Trophy Competition is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada. Void where prohibited by law. To enter, you must be 18 years or older and enter into a purchase agreement and place a deposit of at least $1,000.00 for a 2023 Defender Trophy Edition vehicle at an authorized U.S. or Canadian Land Rover Retailer by 10/18/2023. Each entrant must consist of a team of 2 individuals, including the "Owner Participant" who is the individual owner of the Defender Trophy Edition vehicle and a "Co-Entrant/Teammate."
